They require an email request to withdraw funds, since they deleted my linked account. I have made the request numerous times in the last 9 months. I am told the check is in the mail every few months, but mostly they ignore the emails or tell me I have contacted the wrong department even though I am doing what the website says to do. Even though they say the check has been sent the money shows in the account and I never receive anything. I email regularly agreeing to may what ever fees they want me to, I just want my money.
