Both equifax and XXXX show an illegal credit card account opened on XXXX XXXX, by XXXX in my name that shows on my credit report. I took all the proper steps in XXXX to report the illegal use of my identity from making all the calls, making a police report and freezing my credit. My credit score which before all this was around XXXX, now it is still showing XXXX and XXXX. When is my credit score, that was hurt greatly after closing the illegal account by 11 points, going to be fixed???
