I was served legal paperwork on XX/XX/XXXX from ProCollect Services seeking judgements against me for non-payment. I feel very threatened by this as I have never received any billing for these and the complaint and summons had no case numbers and have not been filed with the court in XXXX XXXX. The first one is XXXX XXXX and its affiliates in the amount of XXXX. I have never received any billings or correspondence from XXXX XXXX or ProCollect Services regarding any unpaid bills. I have had medical insurance be it through XXXX or my employer for the last 6 years so any charges should have been ran through my insurance. I moved in XXXX and have not been to XXXX XXXX or any of its affiliates since. XXXX XXXX and its affiliates have never showed up on my credit report showing that I had an account in collection. The second judgement they are seeking is for XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX in the amount of XXXX. In XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX repossessed my XXXX XXXX and after that I never received any correspondence or billings from XXXX XXXX XXXX or ProCollect Services stating that I still owed anything. According to my credit report XXXX XXXX XXXX charged off XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and is in closed account status not collection status. ProCollect Services have not been listed on my credit report as representing XXXX XXXX or its affiliates or XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX to collect any unpaid bills. I find all this very unsettling and unnerving as I live in a very tiny town and now I'm sure most are wondering why the sheriff was at my home which is very embarrassing.
