On XX/XX/2021 I sent a letter to equifax asking them to verify that items on my report were being reported correctly on my credit profile and if not to please update in a timely manner. On XX/XX/2021 I sent a follow up letting asking again to verfiy items were still being reported correct and no response from equifax. XX/XX/2021 I sent a follow up message to equifax asking them to delete the following account because todate they are still being report inaccuratly on my credit profile. According to FCRA Section 611 : States " Whenever a statement of dispute is filed,... the consumer reporting agency shall, in any subsequent consumer report containing the information in question, clearly note that it is disputed by the consumer and provide either the consumer 's statement or a clear and accurate. Equifax failed to do so and are in violation of my FCRA rights. I am asking that they delete the following accounts since they are still being report inaccuratly. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
