On XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted amerisave mortgage. I spoke with a XXXX XXXX. I was told a wonderful story. As they say all calls are recorded. I just lost 2 bids on 2 other house over cash offers. I was shopping around different mortgage companies. The part I m upset with. I was told I had to right now pay the XXXX. It was not only to get me a fha loan but to also get me a certified pre-qualified letter. If I didn't send the money now I wouldn't be eligible for an fha loan. Don't lie. I did contact the company v email. And I did post what happend on XXXX XXXX. I was contacted by the company and never heard form then again.
