I initially sent an email to Credit Karma on XX/XX/XXXX because my XXXX report hadnt updated since XX/XX/XXXX. I received an email that it was escalated to the appropriate team. One month later, I am still awaiting a voluntary response from Credit Karma. I have to send emails and still get the same stock answer, it is already being reviewed. I decided to cancel my account. Foolishly I had opened a Credit Spend account ( which had a XXXX balance ), which was preventing me from closing the CK account. I called and requested this to be closed right away as I didnt wish to do business with this company any longer. After the phone call I had to answer some questions in an email that was sent. I answered the questions and I got the response that THIS request also had to be escalated. I sent an email today that I am revoking my permission to have them access my personal information.
