This is my 2nd time contacting you guys about the inaccurate reporting of my credit account first by XXXX XXXX XXXX and now XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported to the Credit bureaus and all have fixed the info except transuinion I have filed several disputes initially because XXXX XXXX removed and closed 2 of my credit card accounts when they had XXXX balances and where still very much open and being used this lowered my score substantially and was almost impossible to get them to fix it. They eventually fixed one account and reported it and the credit bureaus made the change to my report which raised my score minutely. But they would not correct the second account which had a credit line and greatly affected my score for almost a year I have been paying off the balance each month trying to build my credit to purchase a home and while im doing all it is not reflecting on my score. I spoke to XXXX XXXX and they state now they got their act together and everything has been reported which seems correct as XXXX has updated my report to reflect both accounts as of 3 weeks ago, but transuinion has not and will not. I lost out on 2 home purchases and probably won't have a score that will allow me to secure a loan for quit some time because of this even though I have worked very hard paying off my balances and doing so early every month It has not appropriately benefited like it should have. I have lost almost a years worth of great credit payment history and can't purchase a home can't rent a home couldn't buy a car when mine broke down because I have a credit score that doesn't accurately reflect my credit history. And I have done everything possible to get this addressed and here I am. I'm so beyond frustrated and it's becoming more difficult to be respectful when trying to reason with transuinion and XXXX XXXX. They either just don't care.. Or they are plain incompetent. XXXX XXXX should not have closed the accounts to begin with and I guarantee if I wasn't making my payments they wouldn't hesitate to take steps and act on collecting what they are owed! But yet they have no problems and pay no regard to damaging a customers credit score and essentially causing homelessness when they make sure they are paid in full and before the date they are due every month. What a shoddy way to do business.
