I do all my banking with XXXX XXXX I also have a car loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was diagnosed with XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX and had to recover in the hospital for over nine weeks. I also informed XXXX XXXX and wells fargo credit that I would have to make 3 small payments for only a period of four weeks. They approved this covid relief and granted the smaller payments. I recently discovered a decrease from XXXX to a XXXX in my credit report that was because of XXXX XXXX XXXX reporting a late payment. I am requesting that they promptly take this off my report and have talked to XXXX XXXX banking and they also agree to reach out. They have been kind enough to cover NSF and any related charges to help me through this crazy time. Please take this off my credit report so I can refinance my home at a good rate and keep my son and I in our home.
