XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX XX/XX/2021 EQUIFAX Dear Sir or Madam : Good morning I have submitted a complaint on XX/XX/2021 as of XX/XX/XXXX on EQUIFAX Credit Report they have failed to respond within the 15 to 30 day time span. THEY HAVE JUST RECENTLY DROPPED MY FICO SCORE FOR NO REASON AT ALL. I have tried everything possible to get in contact with Equifax Information Services and they still have failed to change the fraudulent accounts. XXXX have completed their investigation except XXXX and Equifax. This is upsetting and unprofessional. I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and my XXXX year old son needs his own room. I suffered for too long due to these fraudulent accounts and I am just tired. Instead of roaches I would prefer a place I can call home. There is no way of me giving my son, my wife and my XXXX daughter a home? IF YOU GUYS CAN JUST GIVE ME A BREAK AND DO YOUR JOB! This is my right as a consumer but I am held at will for accounts that I am being Accused by fraudulent accounts. What have I done to deserve this really. I HELP MY COMMUNITY BY GETTING THESE KIDS IN MY TERRIBLE NEIGHBORHOODS JOBS. Teaching them that they dont have to steal to get anything they want out of life. While XXXX steals from me, cheating me out of my own life! If this doesnt get rectified I am publishing this and recording my phone calls by collecting data! I already have the complaints recorded on file. I will make this a national conversation. This isnt like the other letters so I advise you make the right choice. All I want is my life. You can have your fraudulent ways just let me walk away with my family, because two people can play the game and make this public. Please reinvestigate this matter to have them delete the disputed item [ s ] as soon as possible. I am writing to dispute the following information in my credit report file. I have listed above the items I disputed, the information on identifying disputed items, creditors name and whether it is a credit account, court judgment, etc. it is inaccurate. This rule revises Regulation F, 12 CFR part 1006, which implements the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), to prescribe Federal rules governing the activities of debt collectors, as that term is defined in the FDCPA. The final rule addresses, among other things, communications in connection with debt collection and prohibitions on harassment or abuse, false or misleading representations, and unfair practices in debt collection. The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection ( Bureau ) is issuing this final rule to revise Regulation F, which implements the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and currently contains the procedures for State application for exemption from the provisions of the FDCPA. The Bureau is finalizing Federal rules governing the activities of debt collectors, as that term is defined in the FDCPA. The Bureau 's final rule addresses, among other things, communications in connection with debt collection and prohibitions on harassment or abuse, false or misleading representations, and unfair practices in debt collection.
