They are seeking a collection payment in the amount of {$1500.00} and {$770.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX .I have not received any prior correspondence either via phone call or via mail from this agency concerning any type of debt to even validate or determine if it is indeed mine. I am unaware of any debt and absolutely have no contact with this company. This debt is not VALID. From This was placed on my credit report with no formal letter from XXXX XXXX.I have been a victim of identity theft. This is against the law to list on my credit report without a formal letter. I have sent them a certified Validation of debt letter on XX/XX/2021 and have not gotten a respond.
