I am writing today to notify the CFPB about an issue that is related to Identity theft. I have notified the collection company, and they have failed to comply with my request. Im now in the process of filing a lawsuit against the offending company. I have all supporting documentation, and will upload the police report as well. Please take all necessary steps to have this information removed permanently, and notify me of all findings.
