Social security was sending my direct deposit into a savings account and not a checking account and the reason why I feel that Wells Fargo bank has taken advantage of me and the other customers and consumers by opening up fake accounts with out the permission of the consumers and customers permission and authorization of those customers and consumers knowledge.wells Fargo bank was fined XXXX XXXX dollars for XXXX XXXX accounts with out the permission and authorization of those customers and consumers knowledge. A past employee that worked in the fraud department XXXX XXXX said that Wells Fargo was closing accounts that never should have been closed. Another thing that happened is that this husband and wife was charged over {$100.00} dollars in fraud this couple had trusted Wells Fargo to help this couple to become financially stable and that trust was not returned. This institution is supposed to be a professional institution but instead Wells Fargo bank has lost the trust of Wells Fargo bank. I can see now that Wells Fargo bank can care less about helping people and consumers and customers by taking advantage of people that are on a fixed income and people that are disabled and struggling just to provide for their families and loved ones.wells Fargo bank has lost the public trust. This institution is a sorry excuse for a professional institution. And I appreciate those heroes for standing up for not only me but for the other customers and consumers that trusted Wells Fargo bank to help those consumers and customers to become financially stable. And now I see how that because of all these illegal activities that Wells Fargo bank wanted those past employee of Wells Fargo bank and has been fired because of tell the truth about all of these illegal activities that they wanted those bankers to participate in.
