I purchased a vacuum on a XXXX XXXX. I performed everything i was supposed to in order to receive a total write off on the item I purchased. My sales rep refused to submit the appropriate paperwork to have this debt taken away. I have told the company repeatedly to stop calling, that my financial situation was not the best right now due to the pandemic and getting a divorce. They still continue to call and send mail correspondence. They have even contacted me via phone at my place of employment. This could cost me my job. A representative with the company came to my home, crossed a gate that states no trespassing. My XXXX XXXX were home at the time. This is not ok as we are in the middle of a pandemic and everyone in my home is considered high risk. I was also granted this in the divorce as I had completed the contingency terms of my contract and was having difficulties with my original representative. I have asked them repeatedly to remove my ex-husband from the account, provided them with a copy of my divorce decree and asked them to remove this from his credit report. They said they removed him from the account and they have not. The notice left on my door from their rep has his name on it and they are still posting his credit. I have disputed this on my credit and he has disputed it on his.
