I received a letter back from Experian dated XX/XX/XXXX Report # XXXX stating that they would not remove the debt even though they were provided with relevant information and documentation. After several attempts, Experian has refused to remove this unverified correct information from my credit report. Experian is refusing to correct information for Account : XXXX XXXX XXXX, Account : # XXXX After being provided proof of account inaccuracy. Experian has refused to correct information on my credit report after being provided proof of inaccuracy and due to this, I have suffered the following violation : Defamation, willful injury. Based on FCRA Section 623 CUSHMAN, v. TRANS UNION CORPORATION US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit Court Case 115 F.3d 220 June 9, 1997, Filed ( D.C. No. 95-cv01743 ). Fine : Extent of damages incurred by the wronged party, as deemed by the courts.
