This is an update to complaint that was filed against Discover XXXX - 1. This complaint/issue should be referred to the appropriate regulatory agency for review. 2. The last that I heard from Discover representative was an email dated XXXX which will be attached. 3. As of today, XXXX, I have been billed in the amount of the dispute, {$400.00}. This is still in dispute and I should not be billed for items not delivered. 4. Also, I noticed that my credit score has taken a hit as shown in the attached, on the Discover website. How can this be on a disputed item? 5. For clarification, the original complaint should be updated to show there were to be 3 pairs of shoes that were purchased instead of two. To be clear, I have never received any shoes from XXXX XXXX that were to be sent to my second address at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX GA XXXX. I have now tried in good faith to resolve this with XXXX XXXX and Discover. Discover is acting in bad faith by prolonging this process and ignoring Federal law. Not sure why Discover would treat a long term customer this way.
