PennyMac loan servicing company is committing fraud. I have completed all three of my home loan modification process trial payments. PennyMac Loan Servicing Company ( Bank ), stopped my FHA loan modification process, placed my payment on the back end of my home loan and sent a notice stating partial payment. PennyMac Loan Servicing Company is pretending like I was not in a modification trial period, pretending like I did not submit any documents to them and proceeding with my foreclosure. PennyMac is taking advantage of the Covid-19 crisis and demands and housing market crisis. They are lying to the courts too speed up foreclosure, stating I did not respond for mediation.
