on XX/XX/2021, i sent XXXX AND EQUIFAX letters regarding the inaccurate and incomplete items they are reporting om my credit report.i sent it USPS certified mail w/tracking # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and i have not received anything thus far concerning this matter from neither of the CRA 's. they have also violated 15 USC 1692 F ( 1 ) STATUS 1692f. Unfair practices A debt collector may not use unfair or unconscionable means to collect or attempt to collect any debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section : ( 1 ) The collection of any amount ( including any interest, fee, charge, or expense incidental to the principal obligation ) unless such amount is expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt or permitted by law.
