Im a victim of identity theft and fraud. I have notified the creditors/agencies several times that the accounts & inquiries are fraudulent & do not belong to me. I have not in any way received goods or services from these companies. I have provided the proper authorities my FTC ID THEFT AFFIDAVIT with a sworn statement regarding the fraudulent accounts and inquiries. The documents have been submitted to all credit bureaus as well. Again, I was not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v Gravens ( Mo ) 281 SW 715 719, I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists. Therefore these items must be deleted immediately. The FTC report ID number is XXXX.
