I sent all three credit bureaus verification request. Request came back verified. I'm not sure how. I contacted XXXX XXXX requesting debt validation. They failed to properly validate and did not sent back the 5 items listed in my letter. Instead they began to send me collection notices. I sent notice to the credit bureaus but still they keep reporting this debt collection on my report. I sent a 3rd request to XXXX XXXX to validated the debt as the credit bureau, Experian specifically, advised me that portfolio recovery had to send me what they used to validated the debt. Again they did not send all items listed including a contract. I even contacted XXXX XXXX the company they are collecting for they were not able to locate the account.
