I deposited 14 checks into the atm for a total of {$73000.00}. The atm malfunctioned and took the checks without applying the checks to the account. This occurred on XX/XX/2021. Today is XX/XX/XXXX and my account still hasnt been credited the checks. I called and filed a claim with Wells Fargo right after it happened on XXXX XXXX. I have called the claims department several times since then and I get a different answer from every person I speak with. As of now, the bank hasnt deposited the checks and told me it can take up to 90 days. Nobody knows where the checks are and I havent received a confirmation of the location of my checks!! They stole my checks and are doing nothing and have done nothing the last two weeks to make it right.
