There was not sub category for this issue. This is probably in the wrong category. This complaint is against Experian. This complaint will be used as evidence against Experian in my law suit that I am initiating against them, My credit score has dropped 23 points since 3 days ago. There has been no new derogatory information reported on my credit report. All my open accounts are paid on time and in good standing. My credit usage decreased by 6 percent. My overall debt decrease by almost {$200.00} and this cause my score to drop? Not likely. Experian is retaliating against me because I filed a complaint against them with the CA Attorney Generals office. There is no way my credit score should have dropped 23 points when no new derogatory information has been added. My overall credit usage decreased and all my open accounts are paid on time and in good standing. My overall debt decreased by almost {$200.00}. I understand how credit scores work and how many things factor into a credit score. This being said. There is no logical reason that my score should have decreased. Experian deliberately dropped my credit score out of retaliation.
