I HAVE BEEN DISPUTING INFORMATION FOR THE BETTER HALF OF A YEAR WITH TRANSUNION ON SEVERAL TRADELINES. TODAY XX/XX/2021 I SPENT OVER AN HOUR ON THE LINE WITH A TRANSUNION REPRESENTATIVE TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ON WHAT IS BEING FURNISHED TO THEM TO PROVE THAT THESE INACCURACIES ON MY REPORT ARE CORRECT. I WAS ADVISED I WOULD HAVE TO GET A SUBPEONA TO GAIN ACCESS TO INFORMATION THAT WAS BEING PROVIDED AS PROOF OF ACCURACY ON MY OWN CREDIT BUREAU. I WAS DENIED PROOF OF INVESTIGATIONS. I WAS REFERRED TO THEIR DISPUTE FORM ONLINE WHICH I HAVE DONE SO MANY TIMES BEFORE. I WAS ADVISED BY THEIR REPRESENTATIVE THAT THE INFORMATION BEING FURNISHED ON MY XXXX IS FROM THE CREDITOR AND THAT THEY BASICALLY HAD NO CONTROL. PER FCRA THE INFOMORMATION MUST BE VERIFIED AS ACCURATE AND I HAVE YET TO BE FURNISHED PROOF OF THE ACCURACY. I HAVE BEEN BOUNCED AROUND FROM CREDITORS TO BUREAU. THIS IS A WAY TO PROLONG THE SITUATION AND IN THE END CAUSE DAMAGE TO MY REPORT AND MENTAL HEALTH. THIS SITUATION HAS CAUSED NOT ONLY SERIOUS MENTAL ANGUISH BUT MAJOR XXXX.
