General Revenue needs to provide how they verified to XXXX this account that was due to fraud and identity theft, if you never retrieved the XXXX police reports even though the police report numbers were given to you all yet you failed to request the documents from the local police department. How can you legally verify a debt to XXXX and XXXX XXXX as 100 % verified and accurate without retrieving the police report documents? Instead reporting back to the credit bureaus this debt is 100 % complete and accurate? You have failed to do a 100 % complete and accurate investigation and reported this debt anyways. I am seeking damages for these violations and gathering up all necessary documentation.
