I am a victim of predatory lending with this Mortgage company ( Specialized loan servicing ) I requested XXXX times already to send me forms for another loan modification, I believe this company XXXX want to push me to loose my home in foreclouse because of the type of loan that they gave me. I wanted my payments to be low monthly and the company keeps increasing my monthly payments. I do not know what to do anymore because my XXXX XXXX is poor right now and I have problems trying to refinance with any company, I tried asking this company to send me forms to apply for another loan modification and they never send me the papers. Please push this company to finally send me the forms to apply for refinancing or to do another loan modification XXXX XXXX.
