To whom it may concern : I have an FHA loan that was created XX/XX/2012 with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Few years later, it was bought by another mortgage company, XXXX XXXX, XXXX. It was then when I lost my job and worked with them on a loan modification. This brought my principal down, interest rate up, but allowed me to make lower payments, which I wanted at that time. Few years later, my loan was bought off again ( XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and only the lower amount was carried over and it had been the case ever since though today. I am now in the process of selling my home and purchasing a new one. Upon reviewing numbers from the Title Company, I see that there is a second Mortgage in the amount of $ XXXX. I tried reaching out to NOVAD CONSULTING via email many times the past month, but I keep getting automated/generated emails asking me to fill out a form and return it signed in PDF ... which I have already done. I also tried calling their 800 number, but hold times are over an hour and the few times I leave my phone on speaker while working, it always gets cut off. I am trying to get a hold of someone that can help me answer questions on my second mortgage, which I am only assuming came from from loan modification years ago. Having this balance show up during my home selling process is really inhabiting me from going through with the sale as it is a lot of money to not have any knowledge of during all these years. Had I known about this, I would have asked to make payments towards this balance past several years now that I am stable employment-wise. I understand that is my fault for not keeping that info in a safe place 8 years ago from the loan modification, however, this is the reason why I am trying to get a hold of someone that can help me and I can't seem to be able to do so. I just need some help and it's putting me in a serious situation. Thank you
