I was told that if I did not make my final payment today that the funds I currently paid would be charged as interest towards the original loan and that I would have to pay court fees and attorney costs for the proceedings. I then asked for information regarding their company and how my file ended up in their office. Instead of attempting to help me with this information I was told that I was annoying like a XXXX XXXX XXXX girl or a mosquito. I was also called a XXXX and the gentleman proceeded to ask about my personal details. Such as a vehicle I recently purchased and other personal details in which they should not have access to. I asked if calls were recorded and if I could have a copy and I was told that I was harassing them and that they didnt have to do anything to help me. I have since been repeatedly hung up on when attempting to get information regarding our correspondence.
