i purchased my home in XXXX of XXXX, at the time the lender and servicer was XXXX Mortgage. several months later i received notice that wells Fargo would be taking over as the servicer of the loan. i am very concerned as my monthly mortgage payment has gone up twice claiming that we did not pay enough in Escrow and another claiming we have not paid enough in taxes. i am concerned that they are making up charges and taking my money. i have no recourse as i have to pay for the roof over my head. i also read today that wells Fargo was not supposed to take on any more assets after 2018 and it worries me that they are now the owners of my mortgage. since i purchased the house my mortgage payment has almost doubled and no one on the banks end can give me any real explanation as too why other than to tell me that i have to pay it
