I HAVE TRIED FOR THE BETTER PART OF THE LAST YEAR TO PLACE A FREEZE ON MY CONSUMER REPORT FROM FACTOR TRUST. FACTOR TRUST HAS MADE IT INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO PLACE A FREEZE. WHEN I ATTEMPT TO PLACE THE FREEZE ONLINE I AM TOLD THAT THERE IS NO ACCOUNT WITH MY INFORMATION IN THEIR SYSTEM. I HAVE CALLED AND SPOKEN WITH REPRESENTATIVES AS WELL AS MANAGERS AND WAS TOLD THIS WOULD BE ESCALATED AND STILL NOTHING. THE COMPANY TELLS ME THE REASON THAT I CAN NOT PLACE THE FREEZE IS DUE TO THEM NOT HAVING MY ADDRESS OR BIRTHDATE ON FILE. THE COMPANY IS FURNISHING INFORMATION ABOUT ME TO XXXX CREDIT REPORT YET THEY DO NOT HAVE FULL AND COMPLETE INFORMATION. THIS HAS SEVERELY HURT ME AS I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT ERRORS ON MY XXXX CREDIT REPORT. IT HAS CAUSED DENIALS ON MY AUTO LOANS AND HAS CAUSED SEVERE XXXX XXXX ALONG WITH SEVERE XXXX AND XXXX. THIS IS AGAINST FCRA REGULATIONS AS WELL AS THEY ARE CONFRIMING THINGS ON MY XXXX XXXX WITHOUT HAVING SUFFICIENT INFORMATION TO VERIFY THAT ALL INFORMATION GIVEN IS ACCURATE.
