I had a XXXX XXXX credit card XXXX account that was charged off. I settled this account out directly with XXXX XXXX for {$840.00} and the payment cleared my bank account. Months later now I am getting contacted by a collection company called MRS BPO trying to collect on the same debt. Not only has the account been resolved it is still on my credit file as if I owe and now a collection company is reporting I owe as well. Please help
