I sent a Validation Of Debt letter to CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE via certified mail ( copy of letter attached ). It was received on XX/XX/2021 ( proof of service attached ). As of today XX/XX/2021, CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE has YET TO APPROPRIATELY RESPOND WITH ANY VALIDATION OF DEBT they are claiming, but are continuing to report to the credit bureaus & the bureaus, having been notified of this violation, are continuing to allow this non validated information to be reported. This is a violation of my rights per FCRA & FDCPA.
