I have requested that pnc bank send me all documents pertaining to a car I had with them. I sent multiple letters, made multiple calls, and even faxed over a request to a department that never confirmed if they received my personal information because I cant call or speak to anyone from that department. This gas been very frustrating trying to get all the documents and information I have requested from them.
