I explained to the representative from First Investors and they determined it was an error on their end. On XX/XX/XXXX, I found 3 " 60 days late payments '' posted with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I called on XX/XX/XXXX and was told they don't see where it was reported late and told me to email them, which I did on XXXX XXXXFirst Investors have failed to respond causing significant damage to my credit rating.
