On my credit report is a debt collection account from XXXX XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$260.00}. I have never had a collection with XXXX XXXX, I have spoken with XXXX and they state they do not use CCS Collections as their collection agency and have never reported my insurance account for collection. CCS Collections has told me that XXXX reported the debt, they will contact them to verify, but I never hear back. When I call them they must have my phone number in the system because they hang up on me. The credit agencies I wrote and disputed the collection all they can do is put a message on the file, but it is impacting my credit score to have this collection on my reports. CCS refuses to remove the collection even though XXXX does not use this agency, I believe this is a completely fraudulent posting to my credit. I need this agency to remove this collection, but they refuse even though XXXX states they never sent me to collection and does not use this agency. Additionally, I have never made a payment on this debt to reduce it from {$260.00} to {$160.00}. CCS refuses to verify this debt with XXXX.
