In XXXX of 2021, I reported a dispute to Credit Systems International regarding an item I do not owe. I never received anything in the mail. They just put it on my bureau and left it there. I am trying to refinance my home. I just spoke with XXXX at Credit Systems International at XXXX. He stated he would delete/remove it from my credit bureau ; however, he refuses to provide with me any documentation stating that he will be removing it from the bureau. XXXX stated it will take 5 to 15 business days to disappear from my credit bureaus. I asked to speak with his Manager and he said they were unavailable. He said XXXX or XXXX would call me back, but we know how that goes. I would like a letter sent to me immediately stating the information has been deleted from my credit bureaus. The account number showing on my account is a medical bill XXXX Acct XXXX. Please use my fax number so that I can receive it asap. My fax number is XXXX.
