I have asked for a statement with my rolling balance due on two occasions now. Audi Financial has not complied with my request. My loan payment is on time and paid monthly but I can't reconcile my payments with my balance due. I made payments in the months of XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of 2021 for a total payment of {$1900.00} ( {$630.00} per month ) However my statement balance on the vehicle only went down {$460.00} dollars. I am NOT familiar with this math, my interest rate is 5 % so my question is where did the {$1400.00} in payments go? If not to pay off my balance and or interest? How does AF come up with their numbers. When pushed for a response I received a " shell game '' response to the effect of... well if this, then that and it depends on if you request the payment to go the loan or the interest or the next payment or, or, or. NOT acceptable.
