i looked at my consumer credit profile recently and realised Equifaxhas reported an invalid account on my credit report from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account Number XXXX i have never done business with the furnishers of this information and i have no knowledge of this transaction. this account has been disputed and deleted in the past and has recently been deleted by XXXX from my consumer credit profile. the furnisher of this data is adamant on violating my rights in conjunction with equifax whom as a company is aiding and abetting to such a violation of my guaranteed rights under Federal Law passed by the United States House of Representatives. This account is associated with innacurate peronal information which has been disputed, invalidated and deleted by both XXXX and XXXX. Reporting this debt is a gross violation of my rights under the FCRA guidelines. Delete all records of this account from my credit report. i have also attached evidence of the letter i received from XXXX XXXX XXXX showing a different account number for the same {$55.00} dollar debt. i demand this account be deleted immediately since it is costing me a lot of money. i have attached screenshot evidence of the the account that i demand to be deleted and i have highlighted the information as well. THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED INVALIDATED AND DELETED. take note of attached letter from debt collector/furnisher of information with different account number for the same debt.
