From XXXX to present I have complaint and made several attempts to correct the inaccurate information by way of CFPB and the three Credit Bureaus. I have not problem with XXXX XXXX XXXX not reporting monthly to the bureaus, however the truth in lending should prevail. I've had a mortgage with this company since XX/XX/XXXX, which is current and in very good standing. I did a loan modification in XXXX and in XX/XX/XXXX I filed for a Chapter XXXX which discharged in XX/XX/XXXX. During that time my attorney and I was not notified that a reaffirmation was needed, XXXX XXXX XXXX has taken a position not to report to the credit bureaus because of this ; however, the way they have chosen to report is the crux of the problem. They reported that my loan ( XXXX ) closed in XX/XX/XXXX, which is a total fabrication. I have no problem with them not reporting monthly. However, they conveniently omit I am currently paying this " SO CALLED '', closed mortgage at $ XXXXsince the said closing. I want them to tell the truth ... that I am paying as agreed and nothing else ; sense it is their position and prerogative not to report monthly. Instead of fabricating and falsifying damaging lies in the interest of fair reporting I demand that they tell the truth, a statement of " paying as agreed '', is not ask in too much. Because it is the truth.
