First let me say this complaint and Experians response will be used as evidence in my lawsuit against Experian. It will also be sent to the California Attorney Generals Office to serve as evidence that Experian is knowingly and willfully aiding and abetting in a crime. In Florida it is a crime for a collection agency to attempt to collect a debt from a Florida resident if that agency is not licensed in Florida as a consumer collection agency. This law applies to all collection agencies rather they are located in Florida or not. The Florida attorney Generals office has legal authority to prosecute any company that violates this law regardless which state the company is located in. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX does not have a Florida consumer debt collection license nor do the meet the legal exemptions. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is committing a crime by trying to collect a debt from me. ( I live in Florida ). Experian is aware of this crime and knowingly and willfully allowing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to use their ( Experian ) Platform in furtherance of this crime. This is no different, for example, if XXXX knowingly and willfully allowed someone to engage in the crime of prostitution on their platform. XXXX is a crime and XXXX would be held legally accountable for their role in that crime. XXXX XXXX XXXX is also committing a crime and Experian is aware of this crime and chooses to allow XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to continue in furtherance of this crime by allowing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to use Experian Platform in furtherance this crime. I have reported this crime that Experian is committing to the CA Attorney Generals office. Let this complaint serve as evidence that Experian is not only aware of XXXX XXXX XXXX crime but they are also allowing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to use their ( Experian ) platform in furtherance of this crime. I filed an earlier complaint against Experian, using the CFPB PortaXXXX, and made Experian aware of this crime that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is committing. I even provided evidence to Experian that proves that XXXX XXXX XXXX is committing a crime. Despite this Experian willfully and knowingly allows XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to use their ( Experian ) platform in furtherance of this crime. This makes Experian guilt of aiding and abetting in a crime.
