On XX/XX/2021 I requested a validation of debt via certified mail to this company which they never responded to within the 30 days the have by law, they received the certified mail request for validation letter on XX/XX/XXXX. Today is XX/XX/XXXX and I have not received nothing from them. This company is on default to proof I owe the alleged debt and by federal law that protects me as a consumer this need to be removed immediately from all CRA 's they currently reporting to. I am the consumer and they never reach out to me nor have my permission to report on my behalf to the CRA 's. Attached you will find the proof of the letters I mailed them and the proof of the certified mail showing they received it on XX/XX/XXXX 3
