On XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to reset my XXXX password. XXXX is not emailing me a link to reset my password and I am un able to use my previous password. I have emailed them multiple timesand have filed a complaint with them and they only respond with an automated email. They have not resolved the issue are are not allowing me access to my funds or tax information. They have no live support and I need access to my money and funds.
