I consumer XXXX XXXX have been violated in several way by the referenced below companies. Pursuit to 15 U.S.C 6802 ( a ) The below listed companies had no right to disclose any non public personal information to non- affiliated third parties. Additionally I was not disclosed of my right to opt-out pursuit to 15 U.S.C ( b ) ( B ). As a federally protected Consumer I have a right to privacy, pursuit 1692 and anything I deem private is in fact private. According to 15 U.S.C 1681 a ( 2 ) ( i ) a consumer credit report should not include any consumer credit transactions. XXXX, Equifax and XXXX have also undermined me a consumer by reporting false and misleading credit information. Almost all of my credit balance are inconsistent, pursuit to 15 U.S.C 1692 e 2 ( a ). XXXX XXXX had no right to disclose non public personal information to a non affiliated third party pursuit to 15 U.S.C 6802 ( b ) 1. Additionally they were suppose to me of my right to opt-out pursuit 15 U.S.C 6802 ( b ) 1 B. *There are several account on my Consumer report by this company, and I am required them to be removed immediately. * XXXX XXXX XXXX had no right to disclose non public personal information to a non affiliated third party pursuit to 15 U.S.C 6802 ( b ) 1.
