In XXXX of XXXX me and my wife signed up for a debt consolidation agency ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to work with our creditors in settling our accounts ( credit card accounts ) we graduated the program in XXXX of XXXX and still to this date most credit cards have negative information on my credit report, some report derogatory, unpaid. I have signed up with TransUnion for $ XXXX because its the only way to report to them for inaccuracies on the credit report and still in XX/XX/XXXX this has not been solved or taken care of when I have provided all settlement agreements and proof of final payment between myself thru XXXX XXXX XXXX Program and my creditors. This has affected now my family way of living because we need to start looking into projects to fix our house or sign up for a lower interest home loan rate than the one we have. This is not fair that we over the past 3 years have paid thousands of dollars to settle our accounts and in the end it still hurts us financially.
