I am XXXX XXXX and I'm submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involved. I am attaching proof of my certified and notarized letter sent to EQUIFAX informing them of my rights and the federal laws they are violating. A notarized letter is a legal document and I intend to take further legal action if my issue is not resolved. I also attached a copy of the law so there is no confusion to the Consumer Reporting Agency of the laws they are violating. As a consumer, EQUIFAX may only furnish a report with my written consent. I did not give permission to EQUIFAX and no consent is IDENTITY THEFT. Under 15 U.S 1681b- Permissible purpose of consumer reports IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Meaning, the account I referenced in my notarized letter must be deleted immediately as they are currently violating my federally protected rights as a consumer. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this issue and have contacted EQUIFAX to have this account removed, however they have continued to violate my rights as a consumer, inflict XXXX XXXX ; while ruining my reputation, and character. If this account is not deleted I will send EQUIFAX an invoice of their violations and expect to receive monetary compensation as well.
