Experian reported a XXXX XXXX acceptance account that is a closed account with inaccurate payment history, A XXXX XXXX auto account that is closed with a payment history that is still inaccurate after being disputed, a XXXX XXXX account that is closed with inaccurate payment history that has been disputed and a XXXX XXXX account that is in collections. Experian did not have my written consent to do so and violated federal law pursuant 15 U.S.C 1681B ( 2 ) this law states A consumer reporting agency only can report with the written instruction of the consumer to whom it relates. This is what the CFPB identifies as identity theft as when someone uses your name, social security number, date of birth, or other identifying information without authority, and because I did not give Experian Authority to report anything on my report they are in violation. Experian also told me they verified that these account were accurate but according to federal law 15 U.S.C 1681a. ( e ) in order investigate a consumer report you have to interview with neighbors, friends, and associates of the consumer. So, whom did they interview? and still such information should not include specific factual information on my consumer report.
