To date, there is no testimonial certificate of facts that irrefutably display that I did indeed knowingly and agreeably authorize anyone employed by this company to make any inquiry and view my TransUnion credit report on this ( these ) specific dates alleged if any dates ever at all. It is my contention that either the Original Creditor ( s ) have ( has ) violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c )., or can not or will not demonstrate evidence of doing so compliantly to reporting standards as requisite by consumer reporting regulatory laws and practices.
