I consumer XXXX XXXX extended my credit to CAPITAL ONE by giving them my credit card in order to create the account. When I used my credit card I sold CAPITAL ONE security interest. I am the original creditor and I do not owe this alleged debt. I don't have a contract with CAPITAL ONE. In order for a contract to be valid, the meeting of two natural minds have to meet in which CAPITAL ONE DID NOT. This alleged contract is fraud. CAPITAL ONE refused to send original documents or to provide a documentary trail of where the credit came from and to show where CAPITAL ONE gave me the money from their account. I've sent CAPITAL ONE a cease and desist several times and they refuse to stop all communication through any medium under 15 USC 1692c ( c ). I do not have to qualify for a cease and desist as CAPITAL ONE says. I am the consumer and I am federally protected. This debt collect is harassing me and using abusive language that is offensive to me as the consumer. I demanded for CAPITAL ONE to send the holder due course of this account and CAPITAL ONE refused. I demanded to know the finance charge and CAPITAL ONE refused. I demand for CAPITAL ONE to validate this alleged debt and they failed to do so. I demanded that CAPITAL ONE stopped reporting my non public information under the privacy Graham Leich Bailey Act and they refused. I the consumer am the only natural person who can offer and extend credit under the provisions of 15 USC 1602. A finance charge is involved and its the sum of all charges.
