On XX/XX/21, I received an email from XXXX XXXX, representing TrueAccord, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX for a credit card debt. I immediately sent an email disputing the debt and demanding validation. I received a response on XXXXthat all collections would cease until I received the validation. On XX/XX/21 I received another email demanding resolution of debt prior to be turned over to a lawyer. I still do NOT have the validation and it is showing on my credit as an open collection vs. a disputed item. I want this removed from my credit report, the debt balance to be voided out and a letter proving this has been completed. If not, I will be seeking legal counsel to assist in filing a lawsuit for the violations of the FDCPA and FCRA for not providing proof of the debt, harassment, and attempts to collect such debt.
