I have been disputing a particular account since XXXX. And since that first letter was sent, I have followed up with four more letters regarding the same account. The last letter that I sent, I requested a method of verification as within my rights according to the FCRA. I have yet to receive a response describing the method of verification. Beyond that, I have sent letters that have gone unanswered prior to this last letter as well. I feel like my request to have this account be removed is being ignored. I have stated several times in several letters that the account in question is appearing as an open account, yet it a collection/chargeoff. That is not possible and it is completely inaccurate. I have a right to have a credit report that is accurate and complete. This is a violation of my rights and are completely being ignored.
