I purchased a used vehicle on XXXX XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX car dealership in XXXX ca. My husband cosigned the car and the company had me forge his signature on the paperwork numerous times. I couldn't make payments on vehicle so I posted an ad on XXXX for take over payment option and XXXX cash for my down payment I paid. Signed contract with the guy who responded and he signed contract. He sent me copies of fake money orders for 4 months showing he was paying the payment. I contacted XXXX and told them where to find vehicle so they could get it back. They am said they would put. A voluntary repo instead of a charge off on my credit report. I have disputes this numerous times and been told info is accurate. Now XXXX XXXX goes into my credit report two times every three months reporting new info which in turn messes up my credit score and appears that I have never paid a cent on loan and they sold vehicle for XXXX at auction but wont show me proof I have asked three times. That was a brand new vehicle they did not sell it for XXXX at auction. This account is closed and has been since XXXX. This was a predatory loan and a fraud since only I was the one to sign for my spouse and myself.
