I sent RSI a validation letter in XX/XX/2021 ( attached ). Their response in XX/XX/2021 ( attached ) was stating that they do not need to provide any validation to except the name and amounts. There is a few problems with the verification that was sent. First- there is a HIPAA violation- they could not provide me, as I requested in original validation letter, a signed HIPAA form by me, releasing XXXX XXXX XXXX to release any medical information, as you can see there is all my medical information on the forms that they received, that is CLEARLY violating HIPAA privacy laws. ( which by law they MUST REMOVE THIS IMMEDIATELY ) Secondly-the so called validation they sent me are very detailed statements that were addressed to me, however the amount owed is {$0.00}!! Therefore, not only are you violating HIPAA, You are now violating FCRA laws. THERE IS NO AMOUNT DUE! I will be reporting both to HIPAA for both their violations.
